1. Garantía de servicio
BoostFlow provides a comprehensive service guarantee on all orders placed through our platform. We are committed to delivering the highest quality social media growth services available.

We guarantee that all orders will begin processing within 0-12 hours of purchase. Delivery times vary depending on the service and quantity ordered but are typically completed within 1-72 hours.

4. Garantía de recarga de 30 días
All standard and VIP orders come with a 30-day refill guarantee. If you experience any drop in your order within 30 days of delivery, we will automatically refill the difference at no additional cost.

5. Política de recargas
A refill refers to the restoration of lost followers, likes, or views on your order if they drop after delivery. Refill is available within 30 days from the moment of delivery, and its availability and timeline may vary depending on the service. If a refill is included, it will be clearly stated in the product description at the time of purchase.

- •We reserve the right to deny a refill if the guarantee period has expired or if the product does not include a refill option. However, we encourage users to contact our support team, and we strive to resolve each case individually when possible.
- •If your username (nickname) has been changed, we will not be able to process a refill.
- •You may request refills multiple times during the guarantee period. Our team aims to process each refill request within 36 hours of initiation.
- •Refill amounts are based on actual losses. We do not use the final count from your original order as a reference. Instead, we calculate losses internally and refill only the dropped portion up to the original purchased quantity.

Orders can be cancelled within 30 minutes of placement if processing has not yet begun. Once an order has started processing, it cannot be cancelled. Please contact our support team immediately if you wish to cancel an order.
